Update to my below post. Brandon from Firehouse Sub, took the time to hear my frustration and worked with Door dash. He was able get a refund, but even if he had not, the effort he put into customer service would have had me back on here saying thank you!! Actively listening goes a long way in building relationships. Great job Brandon I will definitely be ordering a sandwich again this week! Made the mistake of ordering pick up, instead of delivery by a delivery company. "This error I own!" My complaint is i called Firehouse Subs with 90 seconds of placing the order and they claimed to have already made the sandwich! I say BS. You made my sandwich in 1 minute and 30 seconds of receiving the online order at 12:07 pm? I believe they are contractually obliobligated by DoorDash to lie so DoorDash does not have to refund my money. I do not believe my sandwich order even made it to the prep station. This is very shady business and I will never order from this facility again. I do not recommend them. Picking up was not an option, car in the shop. So I was out $20 and no lunch.
Great team at this location, very happy and great customer service. Ordered extra pickle and I got 4 total..thank you. Firehouse seems to have the best employees from my experience compared to most other sandwich shops.
Love this sandwich shop. The staff is always kind, attentive, and helpful. I've been to other Firehouse locations that look like a hurricane blew threw, not here. The place is always clean and welcoming. My favorite staff member is Aaron. He's awesome and always remembers my name and my unique order. Get this man a raise or a promotion!!

Really good sub, definitely expensive, though. Really clean place & I liked the clean/dirty signs on the tables. We got a chili to share & it was subpar. I'll try the Mac & cheese next time, I think. First time trying Firehouse Subs, but I think it's my new favorite sub shop.
The staff is always friendly and I really like their sandwiches. They are all available cold instead of hot if you want it that way. I also like the fact that they donate part of their profits to fireman funds.
